    My guess would be some sort of milling machine... a ball mill or SAG mill or something... ?

    The flatcar in the first photos are labeled DUKX. That is the reporting mark for the Dupps Company. Looking through their website, I found that the equipment on the flat is probably a Supercookor, which is found at the top of this page: http://www.dupps.com/cookdry.html
