What If.....

What if I sent bachmann a
spectrum 4-8-2 in pieces
and included the reciept.

This thing has been taken
apart and put back together
over and over and I can't
get it right.

At least my 2-8-0 is ok.

I think I would call their service dept. in advance.

Len is 100% correct. Call first. It is one thing to send back an engine with a defect caused by the manufacturer and quite another to send one back with one caused by you.

I would call Bachmann as the other posts have stated. You have to remove the decoder as well.


Stay cool and run steam......

 

Do call the service dept. Bachmann used to have a lifetime warranty. They will replace it no matter what, but best to get all the rules straight, first.
