I read many posts a couple of years ago where owners of their last run of the HO Big Boy felt it was a disappointment. Aside from that one notable problem loco (according to them...), their rolling stock seems to be quite good. They are as reliable as most in the hobby, and they have some warrantable problems. I have heard that repair services are sometimes a bit slow, and that getting answers from staff is sometimes a bit frustrating, but those complaints are few. Other manufacturers/importers have the same problems at times.
