custom built for Alexis Bercq. Loco shown in the museums "outfit" of today.
Major changes to convert a stock MTL GP9 into a GP20 were following:
    - 2 new 48" fans
    - dynamic brake fan replaced with etched part
    - winterization hatch
    - some door vents removed
    - single exhaust stack
    - roof details modified (horn position, steam generator removed, GP9 exhausts removed
    - new, closed front pilot, detailed
    - other "standard" detailing
    - side skirts modified
    - large fuel tank
    - custom decals and paint job, very mild weathering (museums locos are looking mostly nice...)

I just now realized why there is a monitary crises in the USA. Alex has all the money and is giving it to Gerd. Well, at least Alex is getting something good for all he is spending.

More than I can say for over here Alex.

SWEET! Thank YOU, Gerd! Maybe be "museum" quality, but it's still going to run the tracks on "my" railroad.

Mighty fine scenery there, to showcase that sweet loco you obviously put some real work into! Funny, the dry grass and dark ballast are VERY proto for some of the Sacramento-area rails & trails I used to haunt when I lived up there.... good stuff!
