There are about 50 locos of many types parked on the track nearest the mainline in the old SP west Colton yard. They are all UP paint scheme and I was wondering why they have been sitting there for about a week now. Any thoughts?
Hi John, Triplex is correct. Also, the number is just over 100 engines. Most of them are DC locomotives. UP is trying to use primarily AC power on freights now days. Donnell
