I changed the address on two locomotives on a programing track using my Digitrax DCS 100 with a DT402 throttle. When finished they had no speed control. First click on the throttle and they took off like lightning. I went back and set all the defaults to factory setting by putting an 8 in CV8 and tried again. No change. All my other engines till run fine with good speed control. What is going on?
Can you read back the addresses on the programming track? What decoder is it? Did the decoder truly reset, check the address, it should be 3 after resetting.
