8/18/2011- The Z-CHCPTL comes through Avery, WA on the BNSF Fallbridge Subdivision at MP 102.0 with the BNSF 4058(Dash9-44CW) leading.
Pan Am Railway. Maine Central #350, a GP40 trails in a short train switching south of Walpole New Hampshire on Former B&M trackage.
CSX St Lawrence Subdivision. CSX #528 (AC44CW) followed by CSX #481 (AC44CW), CSX #400 (AC44CW), CSX #5413 (ES44DC) pulls a mixed freight (boxcars, hoppers, tankers, bulkheads with lumber - approx 75 cars total) heading south through Massena NY (junction between MTRR and CSX) on former Conrail trackage.
Before the SP/UP Murder, er Merger, Tunnel Motors ruled the SP, here is a pair heading east (railroad south) into the Caliente Horseshoe

The 8:05am Amtrak train from Eugene to Portland has just crossed the Steel Bridge and is moving away from me, pulling into Portland's Union Station this morning (Wed 8/24/11). You can see the station tower in the background. Smooth rails!
