4011 was the last C415 I ever saw. That was at North Vancouver (WA), sitting dead by the shop building. Wow. So long, long ago!
Not like there dash9 fleet is that much older really. I suspect it has more to do with the AC4400s being coal only like the 70macs. That seems to have remains true even as ACes and C4s made their way to the Transcon.
