Ugh, the Flu is taking me out, so I won't give any big explanation except this is a Brand New at the time SD70ACe in the siding at Portola Ca.

This is a shot I took of Nickle Plate road 759 at Bellows Falls, Vermont in 1964 with my Kodak Brownie box camera. That was back when F. Nelson Blount was buying up old retired steam locomotives and running excursions up there.

Pretty good quality results for one of those cameras!

Sure glad he did buy up old iron. Better than paper clips. Ha ha. What is to the right? Is that one of the CNR lokeys?

That was Boston & Maine 4-6-2 #3713. He did accumulate a lot of Canadian locomotives.

The Milwaukee Road at one time had some log depots. Two are known to still survive. One is in Wisconsin, this is the other at Joyce, Washington. Yes, it was an area of much logging industry:

This engine is at the CSX repair shops at Huntington,WV. I think it was in a rock slide down south.

Yeah, it is still at Steam Town, which moved to Scranton, PA. They are in the process of restoring it. Project 3713.
