No new cars or locomotives finished this week, but I did add another load to one of my gons!

This is another Duha load I picked up cheaply on E-bay awhile back. Added it to an E&C Gon I upgraded and painted for the MKT railroad.

I have mentioned that our club had to remove a portion of the layout so the block wall could be rebuilt, I have a picture taken of the layout before the work was done and the new block wall withthe layout section removed.

    Thanks for looking!

Here an SW switcher sits on a siding with a car load of grain waiting for an Alco S-2 to clear the main line.

Candy, excellent scene and photography and BTW, you said "nothing to show" but you had already shown your avatar with that pretty smile. That is great and thanks for posting.

Wabash 40' Boxcar 60120 at the west end of the run around at Ravenswood. Maybe someday there will be a painted back drop and scenery here. [IMG]

Making progress on my river crossing. Phase one is complete. Bridges and trestle are set. First application of ground cover is done. Next- boulders, dead trees and other debris.

I concur! Sometimes the right lighting is just what's needed to make an already excellent model look extraordinary. The angle used here (along with the natural lighting from outside) adds a dimension of depth to the scene - like the texture of the brickwork on the building. Simply stunning!
