Well, Veterans days began this weekend. So I will share the Life-Like train set that I picked up thirteen years ago at RAF Lakenheath. This is a DOD train. It does have a caboose, but that photo didn't work out.
I can recall as a 9 year old Cub Scout, standing in line for several hours to go through that train when it was in downtown Los Angeles. I believe it was on Alameda Street ... but may be wrong.
