Well, I kind of took the corner too fast and the train left the tracks. Need to adjust the speed tables on that locomotive.
I got nothing done this week, a lot of work in progress but nothing finished, so you are stuck with an old club photograph (and no new club pictures as the track is still torn up from the wall repair work). Pennsy N1sa struggleing up the grade with a train of coal hoppers! Thanks for looking! Rick Jesionowski
That Suds Bucket joint sure attracts the troublemakers! Seems like the cops are there at least once a week. Nice, living, breathing scene, Candy. @Josta - looks like you got two boxcar loads of supplies to keep you busy modeling some more great scenes for us (that is Josta Manufacturing, your workshop?). Great work, everyone, and Russell, back off on the throttle. It's a locomotive, not a dragster!
This thread made my morning this week. Russell, I think I like that F unit in the wall photo but it's pretty gruesome all in all. Rick, that Pennsy coal train working upgrade in a light dusting of snow is just outstanding as is Jim's panoramic shot. I grew up watching local freight operation, so particularly appreciated John's photo and liked the rural character of Wolf's shot. Candy, as always, an outstanding scene. Interesting that the Hogwarts express would show up there but the engine and cars are very attractive in their red livery. Every photo this week evokes a mood. Excellent!
Thanks Bill. Tom, I think you've about covered all the bases. Next week I will do a close up. Hope you like it too. Jim
