Weekend Photo Fun February 5, 2010

Early Years

Before Mom and Dad would let me play with electricity, I had a metal toy train that survived rather well and then a larger plastic one that is missing a few parts. I have even an earlier toy train that I need to dig out and get a photograph of that has also survived childhood.

Two old war horses pass in Van Buren. The SD is on KL (Kansas City-North Little Rock). After switching the yard and a crew change, it will be back to speed eastbound. The "boat" will head up VL (Van Buren-North Little Rock) later in the afternoon.
