Utah Railway Some Utah Railway units...9009 is a an Athearn Ready to Run unit, they others are RPP SD40's I painted. The F45 (9013) is an Athearn unit I painted.
Finally finished some cars this last week! Last order of 50' PS1 Boxcars by the EL, removed the shallow ladders from the E&C Model and replaced with extra ladders from a IMRC PS1 Boxcar kit. Painted Scalecoat II Boxcar Red with Floquil Platinum Mist Roof, lettered with Herald King Decals. LBF 52'6" Gon, painted Scalecoat II Black and lettered with Highball Graphics Decals. Thanks! I imagine it a very late 50's low minor league team in the Appalachians. The stadium was built in the 1910s, which is why they still have rickety old wooden bleachers. They modeled their walls after Fenway and the Athletic's Baker Bowl to keep homers down on the short right field.
A Santa Fe manifest cruising over the high bridge at Thomson Canyon. An S4 moves some hoppers around at Sousa City. A few decades later, an MP15 has replaced the S4.

Eagle2 and Boxcab, It is all scratch built. No kit. I wanted a turntable that looked about 60 years old. I used balsa because it is easy to score and weather to the 'look' I wanted. I used internet photos of old turntables as a guide. Jim
