I did manage to finish some projects this week. An old AHM 40' Gon, I removed the cast on grabs and replaced them with wire grabs from Tichy, made new pads and installed Kadee Couplers in their boxes. Painted with Scalecoat II Black Paint and lettered with some decals I picked up off of E-Bay that were made for a hobby shop by Microscale. Next, an Atlas FMC 5077CF Boxcar Kit, painted with Scalecoat II Silver, Reefer Orange, and Black paints then lettered with Microscale Decals. The Green Mountain Railway acquired a number of 50' Boxcar types during the IPD craze of the late 70's which rebuilt the depleted boxcar fleet of the nations railroads. Last week I took a pair of Bowser C-636 Alco Demo Units to haul my 36 car ore train on the Strongsville Club layout. Thanks for looking! Rick Jesionowski

A wreck replacement GP40-2 is spotting up the cab tracks with a couple freshly painted cabooses, while a quartet of tunnel units await departure on a eastbound manifest. Finally the Yard Monster gives the manifest permission to depart. Have a great weekend.
