    I am not sure when the N scale version of the Walthers split level house was announced, but the house is now on Walthers web site as an Advanced Reservation. https://www.walthers.com/split-level-house-kit-933-3840

    I remember there was a lot of interest in a N scale version back when the HO scale version was announced/displayed.

    I buy some stuff on line from a Canadian shop-got the email for reservations today.

    Also asked from reservations for a lumber transload kit.

    It's on reserve at Trainworld with expected production date: Monday 24th April 2023

    I reserved mine yesterday. Houses of this style seem to be scarce in N scale, as do a lot of things.
