Hi all I know this was mentioned once before; however I was unable to find it in my searches. But I knew my experience was worth a mention. In these days of a Lack of Customer Service. Recently I purchased a Vita Cal Water Slide Decal Kit for Injet Printers from Walthers. Priceline not bad @ $28. but they were out of the paper in Clear, so I inquired @ Walthers where they say Find Now and nothing came up all out of Stock. So I called the Company Vita Chrome Graphics and spoke with a Gentlemen on the phone that after explaining said that he would get me out a few sheets till he could see to suppliers being restocked. He sent them but had my Zip Code incorrect, but instead of stopping there; he called me back to verify my address to send them back out. He sent them Priorty mail for FREE 10 sheets clear 5 white background. I haven't had the chance to use the sheets as yet but he just Won a Customer anytime I do need.:thumbs_up: Paul Martin pkvita Acct. MGR. Need more Manufacturers like this one. Glen
