I wasn’t able to find a video or how-to on installation, just someone mentioning that it was possible. The Kato one asks you to remove or loosen the shell, so I made one showing how to remove the trucks, remove the truck mounted couplers, install the kinematics, and reinstall the trucks. I hope it will help someone in the future.
