Vandals Derail CSX Train Near Philadelphia

    Last night vandals placed about 15 tires on the tracks that caused a CSX train to derail at Neshaminy Falls on the ex-Reading New York Short Line in Bensalem. One of the derailed cars fell across the SEPTA commuter tracks causing a disruption in service on the R3 West Trenton Line.
