Hello All, I am making a run down to DRGW territory later this Summer, I was hoping for information on where any and all Black/Orange units are residing. T-2s and 50s are of most interest but the GPs are also welcome. Thanks for the help. [IMG]

    T-2's, 3 in Helper, a bunch running MDVPU/MPUDV.

    GP40-2's, Denver, Pueblo, Grand Junction.

SD50's, 5515 running MDVPU/MPUDV. The others are in AR, TX and CA.

Your best bet is go to my site, Utah Rails, and click on Daily Trace. This is a list of all the Rio Grande units in CO & UT. It is a hot link page so you can trace the unit for an up to the minute location.

Jim, thank you for the help. We spent 3 days in Helper and saw those three T-2s there, we also cought many in the dead lines in Denver and SLC. The Geeps were all over, we managed over all to bad about 30 RG units in total. Not bad for 11 days. Thanks again for the tips, I owe you one.

I'm glad you had a good trip and I could be of help. It's getting to be that time of year for me to back on the road and start chasing again.
