A friend is having issues posting pictures. He's getting an error message saying he's reached his limit. He has not paid dues to TB. Are dues required to upload more pictures?
Yes Part of being a "TrainBoard/RailImages Supporter" such as yourself is that you have a greater allotment of space within RailImages then members that are not of that status; including other options that standard member don't have access too.
