    New rail being installed in my area of New England. 136 lb rail. Ribbon Rail in 1/4 mile long sections stacked on a series of flat cars.

    The tag in your top photo is a bit unusual.

    Is this just a normal planned upgrade? Or has there been an upswing of traffic? Or?
