OK, reporting back. Mine are 2 wire ( THESE ). I tested only one. Connected my VOM to one of the small 3.3v/5v power supplies that plugs into the end of a breadboard. Meter Reading ---- Voltage Display ..... 5.04v .................. 5.05v ..... 3.26v .................. 3.26v I didn't mess with the power supply and moved the pot on the back of the voltage display to read as close as I could to the Meter when it read 5.04. The voltage display would read 5.03 or 5.05 couldn't get it to settle in on 5.04 (it is touchy). Then I change the power supply to the 3.3v setting with the jumper on it and didn't touch the meter or voltage display. As you can see they were the same. So the one I tested seemed to be very accurate as far as reading the same as the meter. Is the meter right on.....don't know. Didn't check it against a second meter but it is the best one (most expensive one) I have. Sumner
MK i saw those but they were way to large to use on my throttle. i hav3e one similar to that with an adjustable knob thingy on it. i added the button for the throttle so i can view the volts meter at any time with out it being on and using up the battery. works pretty good. Pretty soon ill have to remake the throttle to include all the extra holes ive put in it to accommodate my add-ons. Sumner ya thats the ones i wanted to order but i did not read the ad and when i placed the order i did not relise i ordered the wrong ones till they got here i may reorder the right ones... https://youtube.com/shorts/WYfpZUaZl9A?feature=share
working on throttle number 2. this one is for the grand kids to use when they come and visit us.. waiting on printer to finish so i can put it together.
i realized i didn't get a pic of completed throttle in here so here it is in its glory. it works fantastic. I just did not have a key board so i soldered a bunch of momentary buttons as the key board. this thing works all day 6-8 hrs no problem..
well after 14 hrs ive printed a grain building . i think it came out well. Its custom made for my rail road. has truck unloading and train loading , mayber train unloading too. Now i need plumbing and some silos to add. im just getting stuff ready for the next layout.

well i have not done much to my layout. Been super busy working on restoring my new to 84 gmc truck. she had an engine fire so i was able to buy it cheap $325 bucks. now im almost $1000 in it but she is on the road now..its was a burned up mess in the engine area....I just love older trucks , cant stand any newer ones they just dont have any class and they have way too many B/S emissions B/S. my 40 year old truck is still going along with my 45 year old truck that has 733000 miles on her according to the speedo..... Got to run trains a couple days to keep the tracks cleaned . Fired them up and let them run an hr or so. maybe this coming week end ill add some stuff to the lay out...if i feel the need, been kinda burned out on it. so it might sit for a month or so....
