I added to and rearranged the info on building a WiTcontroller throttle.

    https://1fatgmc.com/RailRoad/DCC/WiTcontroller-Index.html

Peter has added a lot of features since I reported on this last One is that running a sound loco you can now see up to 28 functions on the display and play or toggle any of them. It does this automatically if you have the loco in you DecoderPro roster. You can pull up any loco you have in your roster via the roster or by road number (by road number it isn't going to bring up the functions available).

Another big addition is that you can open up to 6 throttles with a loco or consist on any of them You toggle through them by clicking the encoder knob (throttle knob). I did a video today running 3 locos on my small test track. Taxed my ability to keep up with everything.

Amazing to me that you can build this throttle for under $50. Not a real easy build but also not that hard if you have done some soldering. Use my case, PeteGSX's case or build your own. Doesn't have to be 3D printed. The software install I'd say is a little harder than what I'd call easy at this point but I'd help or there is help on Discord.

I don't have a commercial throttle but really can't see what they would do vs. this for most things and I have a feeling it will do some things a commercial one might not do.

He has been adding features almost daily. His last update has a bug though. We just quit working on it a bit a go as he is in Australia and it was 1 am. I'd been working with him since 6 am my time (UT) and we finally decided to put it on hold till late this afternoon my time, early tomorrow morning my time. He codes and I test and we go back and forth using Discord and emails.

So the latest version that I think is up, one doesn't want to download right now but I'll bet it is fixed in the next 24 hours. He codes very quickly.

Things are up and working again. He has added and modified a lot this past week. This problem surfaced with his newest upgrade that lets you reverse the direction any loco in a consist other than the lead loco. One can now have up to 6 throttles you toggle through or up to 6 consists made up of a number of locos in each using the throttle for all.

It is getting to the point where I can't imagine needing anything else in a throttle. Any body have a wish list for one?
