Actually, Cheektowaga, NY... driving down the Mainline (the free section of the NY Thruway) and went under the big railroad bridge by the Galleria Mall. Big freight train headed east - I always enjoy driving under a train. Then to my surprise, just as I got to the underpass - an Amtrak train passed the freight train, also headed east. Big Amtrak train - I counted about 8 cars (sorry, I was looking in my rear view mirror by then, trying to count Amtrak cars between freight car gaps).
