Tunnel motor reassembly - trick to the front clips?

    I finally did it - weathered one of my tunnel motors :D ! For those of you that have had these guys apart (Hemi . . .) - is there a trick to getting the far forward clips in place on the cab? I can get the rear cab clips, but those front ones are giving me fits.

    Dave, there's a reason these babies get weathered with all their clothes on.. I did take one part--and took hours trying to reasseble it. The cab was the worst part. I forget what I ended up doing to get it back together. I prolly broke the tabs, and said to heck with it! I use some clear masking liquid for masking windows, and headlamp lenses. After weathering and dullcote, I use Micro kristal kleer to 'fix' the winows that I can't mask, and remove the masking film. Done!

    I got it - (much patience & careful alignment of the nose is the key).
