I created and ran my first consist today, a mostly Canadian train with a CN Kato locomotive, a second loco, a NS Kato locomotive, which I needed for the grade, Intermountain Hoppers and Atlas Box Cars. On first run, one truck of an Intermountain Hopper fell off and the tiny plastic washer disappeared. I then grabbed a second IM car, another Hopper, and both trucks fell off when I lifted the car out of the box. Not what I expected from two new IM products. I just sent an email to IM asking about a fix. Is trucks coming off common? Dave
I've never heard of it, but sometimes things come a little loose in shipping. Aren't IM trucks held on by a friction pin? Very easy to push back on.
