I pulled the motor out of the Model Power POS. I had a motor from a LifeLike E8. l pulled the flywheel off of one end and put the worm gear on it. I had to grind out part of the frame and then glue the mess together. It sits a bit higher than before but the darn thing runs not half bad. Flywheel inside the door.
Now that I see the little rascal, and that it is two axle, may I suggest the Kato power chassis #104. If I remember right there are two variants of this two axle chassis. The #104 has a front platform, bumpers, and steps. The other doesn't. And the #105 is the four axle version which could be used for a little larger trolley. If the chassis is too narrow simply laminate some strip styrene to the sides to widen same. Also check out the folks at Ncat. These are the folks modeling N scale traction. The Kato shorty B chassis is also seeing a lot of use for projects from centercabs on.
