That's ok. It's exciting for me too. I can't wait to see the cars. Whenever they arrive I will take a picture of the box full of cars and post it.
Great to see that the number keeps climbing! I presume this project is in the black now? I have a fuzzy memory that B/E was around 150... But then again I could be completely wrong -_-
According to the numbers I worked up, it will probably be in the black around 210 or so. I would have to go over that again because we have not yet paid the final bill. But, even though we are not in the black yet, I am confident that we will continue to receive orders for the car. Actually, yes. Plus, see the announcement in the Special Runs Forum. We are brewing another idea right now though. We will get this run complete before we announce it though. Charlie
Yes, I would say for the first car and just artwork as a reference, this is a success. Once the model is done and pictures are seen I am sure the rest will sell quickly.
Wow we picked up 5 over the weekend. Say, do we have an estimate as to when we can see a painted test sample?
Only 17 more to the 200 mark - thanks to all who ordered! Things may be slowing, but it does seem the interest is continuing.
Looks like we hit the stall current of this one. Maybe everyone is waiting for a tax refund. Mid Feb and I thought it would be closer to that 300 mark by now.
Everything is going fine as far as I know. We'll start shipping when they are delivered. And, we'll continue to accept orders! Charlie
Charlie, that is good news for sure. I am anxiously awaiting mine and I don't even have a spot for them yet! I just hope for the sake of profitability that these get sold. I am already looking forward to the next special run.
