Looks like this is going to be kinda tuf to get use to. Is there a catagorie for model railroading? ------------------
Hey J. Welcome to Trainboard!! Actually, there are 11 categories relating to model railroading. One, The Inspection Pit, deals with all aspects of modeling. Then there are boards for the different scales (HO, N, and G seem to be the most active), a board for DCC and electrical related questions, one for those who Free-Lance their own railroads, and even one for the Narrow-Guagers. So take your pick!!! I suggest that if you have an HO scale specific question, you ask it here. Otherwise, I'd put it in the "Pit". ------------------ Corey Lynch Pres - Rensselaer Model RR Society NEB&W RR http://www.rpi.edu/~lynchc/Railfanning/railfanning.htm - My Site http://www.union.rpi.edu/railroad/ - NEB&W

Welcome to TRAINBOARD! I hope you see that this is one of the better Railroad/Model Railroad sites. You get a whole different(BETTER) class of people in this area. I have yet to be cussed at here, even when I may deserve it! LOL If you will check the model railroading topics, you will find the BEST scale has the most questions!! Don't worry about those guys in that big scale(HO), they are always trying to get a new convert. You have to be on your toes when you are in N-Scale. Hehehehehe If it ain't fun I ain't gonna do it!! ------------------ Let's Go Run Trains MARK

Yo, modelers. I just referred a lady who was on the NYCentral forum looking for cars to go with a 1905 NYC N scale loco. She may show up as "wren". Be nice. I'm not a modeler so sent her to you guys.
Yeah, this board doesn't have the ridiculous bickering over stupid stuff like another board that shall remain nameless... Even when we don't agree...
Don't let ole' Porkypine52 scare you JL, the reason those tiny folk have so many questions is, we are still teaching them how to do it right. They just haven't grown up to HO yet! (I hope I don't get Gang Boomed by the elves, but I already got steam up, try to CATCH ME! hahahahaha ------------------ Watash
