Posted this in the "Photography and Trains" section also but wanted to place it here too. (So sorry if you see this twice) Would anyone here be interested in trading home videos of trains? I used to do this with a small group. Now down to just me and one other person. I personnaly have about 80 hours of video that I have shot over the years. I shot just for fun so it´s not the greatest but still some neat stuff. If you think you would be interested or have more questions, contact me at bnsffan@comcast.net about this idea. Please put "trading videos" in the subject line so I will know it will pass the spam blocker. Like I said, I have done this in the past and it is really a great way to see things in other parts that you would not ordinarilly get to see.
I used to know a couple guys who did this. But they quit. They'd send out some footage, and what came in return was poor. Or else they'd receive nothing back at all. Wasn't there an outfit that used to have a monthly subscription to a concept similar? Was advertised in RR fan magazines? Boxcab E50
