I recently uploaded a new video to my YouTube channel showing how I converted the Tomix track cleaning car to DCC control. I'm working on a follow-up video to add MicroTrain couplers. I'm in the process of moving my family, so it might be a month before I can get that edited and uploaded.
One of these days I am going to install a battery into mine that way it doesn't pick up electricity intermittently or have to compete with the locos for power.
Very nicely done Jason. I did the Atlas version in almost the same way also using the Z2. An extra thing I did was to connect a pair of orange Miniatronics micro bulbs to the function wires and program those as beacons in different phases. Made a nice effect but unfortunately one of the bulbs got broken.
