Been working on this a lot, taking pictures here and there for the last year but not really posting anything unless it was subject related. Outside of ballasting the track, I am ready to start showing off my 3x4 foot end module. You can see more in my album (link below). This Marklin flex, 15" inside, 18" outside radius. Peter Wright's turnouts, Hoffmann (Aspen) controllers. DCC wired inside (breakers for inside main and 3 spurs), DC out side but can jumper for all DCC.

Jeff, great looking module. Mmmm, that tower looks awfully familiar. I It must the BLMA tower you been working earlier. I second the motion. More close ups.

Mr. Kez, its the vacation over? What about pictures of your modules. So far I only seen pieces of it. How about a complete tour.

I'll get more pix up later, loaded dozens on Z Central and here but not all are up yet. There's a Portal album too showing the portal work but more pix to load there too.
Randy, I have a bunch of the before/after and construction for the roads, just need to post.
And I'll take some more close-ups this week end when I have the brighter and diffused sunlight.

It was a team effort Rob and its fun to bounce stuff off each other. Of course, having a Jedi near by saves a lot of custom construction time !

The coal mine. I remember when I brought one of their grain elevators they had a mine in the works. Yours looks a little like that.

Joe, the mine a white resin block from Canada, don't remember who (ebay). Took a bit of cleaning up and then a simply masked and painted two colors with std Floquil spray. I really wanted it just for the early conceptual work as it was a multi-piece design (2 sheds, "tower" and the diagonal shoot). The plan is to scratch one out with a bit more detail and maybe some automation.
