If anyone that has N Scale CN power or equipment can post photos here , I would like that very much I am a Locomotive Engineer for CN (Grand Trunk District) and I am very interested in CN & GT N Scale stuff . I might even get into this hobby myself . Thanks [ 20 April 2001: Message edited by: DaveCN5623 ]
Dave, just don't let the guys know you are into the hobby lol. It is amazing how many railroaders look down upon those who like to model in there pastime. i must admit that one of the reasons I don't model australian prototype is because I work on it. I was showing some fellow work friends pictures of my layout and they think I'm crazy that I would work all day on railways then come home and do the same although I find it very relaxing to be in my model room sometimes it can be very relaxing even more relaxing than coming in here
Dave I have some CN photos coming. I have been busy working on the Exh layout as well as rolling stock and engines for the Exh, I just haven't taken any photo's. Today though, My father and I finished an SD40, looks good with snow deflectors and other good gear on it (have ran out of beacons). The SD60/70 is also in the project box. I will try to post photo's next week, on the layout.
Dave, I have a few pieces of CN rolling stock I can whip up a few pics of. Mick, which beacons are you out of and can you get them readily?? Gary.
I have been pondering making a CN SD70I for a while. I have the side frames for it and the experience with building the blower housing, etc. (see my thread on Wings And N Scale, Great Combo for pictures of my UP SD70M). Might do it if I get some free time, but if I did do it I would sell it (unless I end up liking it)....(dont get me wrong though, I do like the scheme, espacially on the SD70I).
Here a few photo's of some of my CN engines. I have also posted these in your photo site. I hope you enjoy. [ 26 April 2001: Message edited by: MRL Mick ]
