    Again, more of the same, as previous volumes. Talks about the construction of
    the RGS between Ophir Loop and Rico. As well as the many hardships faced
    by the railroad and the towns along the route. Winter and spring caused the most trouble.
    Severe snow storms that drop many inches, to feet of snow! Avalanches would cover the ROW
    for several hundred feet many times. Drifting to 20 feet or more in depth. Or taking out many
    of the trestles along the way. Spring runoff also took out trestles or washed out hundreds of feet
    of the ROW, sometimes taking many weeks to a couple of months or longer, to rebuild.
    Still very interesting reading!
