Testing an ESU LokSound decoder that I'll try installing in a N Scale FM H-10-44 loco. I'm UP and found a FM H-10-44 shell on shapeways and put it on an Atlas VO-1000 frame ( HERE ). I'll remove the decoder I installed and install this one with a speaker. The tester is inexpensive and easy to build and I have links to the print files on my website ( HERE ). If you don't have a printer it would still be easy to put together using other materials. I'm using EngineDriver (free) on an Android phone along with a 3D printed case with a $30 volume control on it that gives you a physical throttle. You can still use the screen throttle at any time. Again there are other options that I cover to build this if you don't have a printer ( HERE ) . For a Command Station I'm using a DCC++EX Command Station ( HERE ) that can be put together for under $100 that can also include its own WiFi Hot Spot. Sumner
