This is my second layout. It is a 6'x14' two mainline with a yard and interchange track.The mainline switches are #6's and the yard switches are snap switches. This layout will be housed in my garage. I have tried to incorperate both switching and continous operation. This layout will have both freight and passenger trains. I plan on using DCC. I plan on using modern era engines and structures. The base will be either 1/2" plywood or 7/16" OSB. Any comments will be wecomed. This link will take you to my layout posted at the Layout Depot. Well the demolishion has begun and should be completed by tommrow. Construction of the T&T should start by Monday. Can't wait until it is up and running.
Demolishion went smoothly, and started the construction. The wife came home and saw the 6'x14' frame work and said it has to go, so now the layout will be in our detached garage instead of the attached one. I will have to admit that there is a big differance between plans and real life. More to come later.
