SwitchWithIt Ver 1.7.10.6 is available for download at: https://sourceforge.net/projects/switchwithit/ Included in this version: 1. Some passenger cars are not being picked up on mixed trains. This is because there is no room at the drop off location or there is insufficient room enroute on the train. A new message box has been provided that will let you decide whether to add the cars in spite of the lack of room. If you add a car to the train, there may be an overflow condition at the car’s destination or the train may be longer than the maximum size defined for the route. 2. Under certain circumstances, the length of a caboose was not being added to its destination track. This has been corrected. 3. During the initialization of the program, the amount of track used by rolling stock is updated. Car lengths for cars that are on trains was not being added to their destination track. This meant that some tracks showed less trackage being used than what was actually the case once the train was terminated. This has now been corrected. 4. Windows 10 security settings have been preventing SwitchWithIt from creating and using data files. A new Memo/Note has been added to the Miscellaneous Tab that provides step-by-step instructions on how to change the security settings for the SwitchWithIt folder. David
Version 1.7.10.7 has just been uploaded. I had a line of code remarked out in the previous version for testing purposes. I have now made that line of code active again. You will only notice the change if you have rolling stock that is directed to 'Contact Dispatcher' or if you have a caboose that is directed to 'Stays with Loco.' Sorry for any inconvenience!!!
