just got the following error message :

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: User frisco_tb already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in [path]/global.php(29) : eval()'d code on line 85
I cannot connect to the database.

maybe it helps to improve the config or software of this forum.

I have had similar messages, referring to "frisco" as yours have. Several times.
Always thought that possibly the user in question has something up on his computer on occasion that opens up a gazillion windows in a row.

No. Years ago I used railroad names for the databases. Frisco was the name for the primary database. At times it gets overloaded.

    Charlie,
    This cracks me up LOL

When I first started my career in IT, the company I worked for had a mainframe with 8k bytes of main memory (real core too).
The boss used country western singers names as his paragraph names in his programs.

And now that I think about him, he used to run operating sessions on his layout, he even had a program to generate the paperwork.
This was about 30 years ago in Dallas.
