    The B&O "Emerson" was just the opposite of that! The cylinders on the front set of divers were mounted normally, and the rear set was behind the drivers under the cab...

    John, I believe the Pennsylvania's Q-1 was built with one pair of cylinders in front, and another pair under the cab also, and neither it nor the Q-2 were articulated either. :D

    Yes your right, I forgot to mention that! They were NOT articulated. Those were of Duplex design.... Yes Pennsy, had a few like that I believe, but I can't recall the wheel arrangements nor the cab numbers... But I know they had some, where the B&O had only one....
