So I got to the point where I could do another stream pour last night. Looks like I overdid it some.:mshocked::mshocked:

And I really thought I had a bright idea about leveling the stream before I poured.... I stuck a couple pins in the bottom of a level so I would be checking the stream, and not the bank. It was only off by a smidge...

and then at the other end of the creek

This old steamer was supposed to have been embedded in the stream BEFORE the pour - this was one of those middle of the night OH NO's!! So now I go to come up with plan B...

[IMG]and here's a little tip I learned - if you are planning on finding an old beat up engine for some plan on your layout, DO NOT show it to the DW, she will think it's way too cute to hack up!

I'll clean up the mess and post the results

Just re-pour. Can't you just reapply right over the old pour?

While the end result might not be as desired, it still doesn't look at all bad. That top view is good from my vantage point.
