    Nice catch! That's an ex-DRGW cupola hack that Espee painted up in their RR Police scheme. AFAIK, 3 SP Bay Window cabeese, 1 baggage car, and the hack you have pictured got RR police paint. Neat stuff!

    Have never seen or heard of such cars. Until now. Very unique! I wonder if any other RR did the same? Or if SP was the lone pioneer?
