Here's SP279 on 8/3/96, just a little over a month before SP was gobbled up by the dreaded Armour Yellow. But no yellow on the pass today, just good old Scarlet and Gray at it's finest!! Most of the time the AC's were leading coal trains over Tehachapi, but they were on manifests from time to time also...
