Thanks for the encouragement I have a bit of a plan in my head but am not the greatest designer on paper and it changes every time I complete a bit more of the bench work.

I too went the CFL route to light my lower deck, but was surprised how many bulbs it took to get adequate lighting levels, even with 16" spacing. What wattage and spacing are you using?
