Has the UP been washed away in New Braunfels and Seguin?? I know their tracks are within blocks of the Comal and Guadalupe rivers. It seems like UP aint running as many south bounds down the Ft.Worth sub to Waco Juc. to head down south to Austin and San Antonio and Mexico.
