Thanks for the info, and the welcome.

I do have a bit of N-Scale. It's cleverly disguised as the living room coffee table (layout under glass).

Kinda liked the Pandora & San Miguel RR in the October 2002 Model Railroader. It's Sn3, but would fit my attic space. I've been playing with the basic track plan in HO. But 28" radius for N Scale. Wow!

I have just completed installing a digitrax sdn144kie in a n scale kato sd70ace. First i would like to say why in the world would digitrax put a round speaker on this decoder when the one they have for atlas sd50/60 works perfect for the sd70ace. i had to pay $9.00 for a speaker just so not to have to mill the frame. I used a flat file and took off just enough so the speaker would fit under the decoder. Second i used the same file and filed down a little just in front of the light so the capacitor would fit. I had to cut away some of the light tube so it would work but made the light a little dimmer, but with the light not being bright enough anyway i don't mind. Overall it seems to work and i didn't have to butcher the frame.
