    I could not decide where to post this photo so I opted for the Soo forum. I'm just getting the hang of this digital photo thing. Generally, you want more depth of field in a model photo (this was shot wide open) but I didn't bring a tripod. Anyway - I caught the beacon on - looks great flashing away. Gotta love DCC.

    Beautiful engine and beautiful shot too!
    I once saw the SOO in Algoma, Iowa. It was a thrill indeed!
    I believe the old station still said "MILWAUKEE ROAD" on it!
