I see your famous video camera again. Can you tell us a little about what you're using? How well does it work? Boxcab E50
Ah, the infamous video camera. Nothing special. It is an RCA that uses the full size VHS tapes. Does okay but I had the older model of this camera that I loved and when it had an accident, I replaced it with this one and consider it just okay. I'm thinking about getting a new one that records straight to DVD. I like something that doesn't require me to transfer the video to another media after I shoot it.
Here is the UP 4928 West rolling by Milepost CPB341.75 in Blair,Neb. And here is the UP 4865 West rolling around the curve and up the Blair Hill. UP 4865 West rolls over Highway 91 Crossing and by Milepost CPB343.75. Later.
Great photo series! This shot could be inspiration for a great model scene, in a tight amount of space.
I do wonder... I'm certainly tired of GE widenoses on CP. If I lived near a railroad that used mostly modern EMD power, it would be better-looking, but would it be any more interesting to railfan?
Not for me. After a while, it would not be interesting. Variety being the spice of life... Boxcab E50
