The first unit painted in NS paint. Unit got a raw deal as a week later, a unit was painted in NS at the shops in Roanoke VA and got billed as the first unit to wear the paint scheme. In the background is the GP30 which bore the honor of being the last unit painted in the Southern Railway scheme.
