Would it be reasonable to expect that, after the years spent at CNR, Hunter Harrison would have learned that the Great White North is not the Wild West? Apparently not! No you don't get to "adjust"a labour agreement to your liking anytime you feel like it. IMO it looks good on the Hunter!
